  • Orders placed before 2pm EST: Shipped the same day.

  • Weekend or Holiday Orders: Shipped the next business day.

Shipping Locations & Times:

  • USA: Complimentary shipping on all orders (3-7 business days). We cover taxes and duties.

  • UK: Complimentary shipping on all orders (2-3 business days). We cover taxes and duties.

  • Rest of World: Complimentary shipping on all orders (7-14 business days). We cover taxes and duties.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.

Returns & Exchanges (USA):

  • Initiate Return/Exchange: Please email [email protected] with your returns request within 30 days of delivery.

  • Return Fee: $10 for return label; exchanges are free.

  • Non-eligible Returns:

    • Prescription orders (custom-made).

    • Items marked "sale."

International Returns (Outside USA): 

  • Refunds:  Please email [email protected] with your returns request within 30 days of delivery. We will provide you with the returns address. Please note we do not provide return labels for international customers at this time.
